will as you see in the picture i all ready killed 20 modbulls as it asks me to do , now it say green devils what are they anyway

Green devils are located outside of Elven City ... go kill the 20 and u should be good to go  |

if its not working what you need to do is restart the quest...and if that doesnt work relog and try till it starts working.... hop i have helped  ...+ karma if i did |

...well it cant really be one cause me and my friend a long time ago made a fam and lvled it up...that happend but it only did it once...and we just restarted the quest and it stoped...

but i know girl made her famly level 5 she told me that she did buy other falmy level up item
