I suggest you read this carefully if your in the habit of breaking the old rules and I've included some new ones!!!Player Ethics:1. threats, blackmail, discussion of recreational drugs, sexually explicit language and racism or anything prejudice. As offensive language can interpreted in many forms.
2. You may not harass other players. Harassment is defined as specifically targeting another player, or group of players, to harm or inconvenience them. As harassment
can take many forms.
3. You may not discriminate against other players or groups. Discrimination is the treatment of a person based on the group, class, or category to which that person
belongs rather than on individual merit. As discrimination can take many forms.
4. You may not disrupt normal gameplay. Any repeated activities that result in disruption of normal gameplay are prohibited. As defining normal gameplay can take many
forms.
5. You may not engage in fraudulent behavior. Fraud is the misrepresentation of facts for personal benefit.
6. You may not exchange account information. You may neither give, receive, nor ask about account information (to include passwords, email address, or any other
information not available in the public profile).
7. You may not operate a clan, guild, or any other group that violates these rules.
- It will be the mandate of ACME Elite Online to make a determination as to whether or not a “reasonable person” would be unable to play normally and act
accordingly.
- Whether or not any particular behaviour falls into one of the above illegal categories is decided at the discression of acme staff regardless of what a "resonable person" would think.
- ACME Elite Online recognizes that these rules are not all inclusive. Other actions may be determined as abuse by staff of ACME Elite

Broadcast Rules:RUDE...OFFENSIVE OR RACIST BEHAVIOUR that means..no swearing, no calling people fags and homo's etc, no insulting or degrading of players mothers/fathers/sisters etc. Where people are from is of no consequence when your ingame so no racist behaviour of any kind. Quite frankly its just pathetic how players insist on using broadcast to insult each other and will not be tolerated AT ALL, nor will we tolerate our staff being insulted neither in wsp or broadcast.
You will be warned by a member of ACME staff..if you continue despite the warning you will be sent to
BOTJAIL for a period of time at the disgression of the GM/PM. If you did not receive a warning and ended up in botjail anyway, then you really ticked off the GM/PM!!
If someone is abusive to you over BC and a GM/PM/GH does not see it, live with it or hope that the next time they do it they do get seen.
Moderate flaming is expected but there is limit to how much we will withstand, don't test our patience with argumentative back chat..or your stay in botjail may well be
PERMANENT!!
RMT is not allowed on our servers..thats real money trading, read here for full info... Rules about RMTAdvertising of other servers will be punished by a permanent
BAN.
Any Character, Legion or Family name that is offensive will be changed to something we find more appropriate..you might not like what we change it to but thats just hard luck..:p
BOTTING is NOT allowed -This is where you are using a program to play aspects of the game for you, for example composing or ep farming. You will be sent to botjail when caught for a period of time that WE see fit.The use of the skill
TORNADO will no longer be allowed in legion war,
ANYONE caught using it will be botjailed for a period of time decided by ME!!! Repeated use of the skill after warnings will result in accounts being
BANNED.
The
INVISIBILITY skill is
NOT ALLOWED in family wars, same rules apply for this skill to.
Be sure to pass this on to anyone you know who uses the excuse they don't read forums..that excuse is as lame as.....'Sorry Sir my dog ate my homework'
